Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 3–10 business days based on location.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Below that, shipping is charged at flat ₹80.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

4. Can I customize a candle for gifting or bulk orders?

Yes, each Essenceoul candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and premium ingredients.

6. Do your candles contain harmful chemicals?
Never. Our candles are toxin-free, using premium fragrance oils and wax blends.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship only within India.
